Are you ready to transform into the person you've always envisioned? To live a life of no regrets?
Hello! We are Lisa and Mike, a dynamic husband-and-wife duo dedicated to empowering others to uncover their best selves. Our shared goal? Pave the way for a healthier tomorrow.
How do we define 'healthier'? It encompasses understanding, inclusivity, empathy, and intelligence across all aspects of health:
Hailing from corporate IT backgrounds, the birth of our children coupled with an emotional breakdown served as a profound wake-up call. While I (Lisa) discovered a passion for writing, Mike yearned to blend his love for music and IT beyond the restricting boundaries of corporate life. Our mutual desire was to prioritize our children and transform ourselves into healthier role models. And so, ProcessingMind.com was born.
Our journey began with a mere idea. This idea blossomed into a book, eventually expanding into a series of 13 books, offering insights into health – from individual and relational to collective well-being. As we ventured further, a podcast emerged, introducing music as a heartfelt accompaniment. After self-publishing our initial trilogy and nurturing our podcast for over a year, we faced the challenge of outreach. This challenge steered us towards crafting dedicated courses while nurturing our initial ventures.
Despite our evolution, our primary focus remains: our children. We've devised a business approach that underscores their significance in our lives. By honing our energies efficiently and leveraging automation, we intend to strike a balance between offering guidance to others and cherishing moments with our kids.
We firmly believe that veering away from the status quo can foster a promising future for our children. A brighter tomorrow awaits when each of us invests in in our own health and wellbeing, discovers our purpose, and passionately pursues it. While current norms might not champion this journey, we're here to defy that narrative.
So, if our story resonates with you and you're eager to embark on this transformative journey with us, we wholeheartedly welcome you – irrespective of who you are, where you come from or where you are currently at in your journey. Remember, this path demands introspection and effort. It might not be easy or conventional, but it promises a richer, healthier life.
Choose the healthier path.
Our primary mission at ProcessingMind.com is clear: to empower and nurture every individual, regardless of their preferred learning medium or resources. While we freely share invaluable insights through our podcast, we acknowledge the distinct needs of our audience who seek a more organized, actionable roadmap to their personal evolution.
What can you expect from our courses?
Our course categories mirror the holistic approach we've adopted towards health:
It is with immense pride and anticipation that we introduce the inaugural course from our Individual Health category: Redefine Yourself: Identifying and Rewiring Your Base Programming.
This launch heralds the dawn of an ever-expanding course repository we've envisioned. It's more than just learning; it's the commencement of an evolutionary transformation towards a harmonized, enriched, and healthier existence.
Launch Learning PlatformIf diving straight into a course or delving into a book feels like a big step right now—whether due to financial constraints or simply because you're still figuring out how we might serve your journey—consider giving our podcast a listen. Ranked in Spotify's top 10% of podcasts most shared globally in 2022, it's where we share our draft insights from the "Healthier" book series. Take a scroll through the episode titles and pick what resonates with you. While our courses offer a more streamlined and direct approach, the podcast pours out invaluable wisdom along the journey.
Our journey with the "Know More, Do Better" podcast began at a pivotal moment. As our draft for the "Healthier" book evolved into a series, we were propelled by an urge to start making a difference without being bogged down by the intricacies of presenting the content. The podcast stands as our testament to valuing progress over perfection, steering us away from the shackles of perfectionism.
The podcast's name draws inspiration from Maya Angelou's enlightening words, "When we know more, we can do better." But for us, it goes beyond that. It's a call to action, urging us to declare, "No More, Do Better" demanding better, and catalyzing societal change. Every day presents an opportunity to challenge the prevailing norms, yet many of us find ourselves ensnared in the system's overwhelming currents. Our podcast strives to illuminate the path of resistance and change.
Journey with us as we delve into the evolution of our draft books, unveil our process, and chart our personal and collective growth. For those embarking from the beginning, I humbly request your patience through my initial nervousness in the early episodes. Let's foster a space of understanding and non-judgment.
"If you have come to the realisation as I have that there's so much more room to grow once you understand where you're at and how you got here, then this is the podcast you've been looking for. You'll feel like you're having a safe albeit confronting D&M with a close friend as Lisa shares with you not only what she has learned and how you can apply it, but also the raw truths of how she got to this place herself. Know more! Do better! Couldn't recommend more!"
"I love how Lisa has brought together insights and learnings from different specialities but I probably most appreciate how relatable it comes across... listening to her taking on her imperfect journey makes it feel like you're learning from a friend. It makes little changes doable and not a daunting benchmark you're chasing."
"I make a ritual of listening to the podcast. When I've found the time to listen to an episode, I put in my headphones and take a walk around the park for an hour, or sit on the beach and rake the sand while I listen. It's therapeutic - an act of self care"
"I just wanted to share how refreshing it is to hear someone be so candid about their past, their trauma, and their experience in becoming their healthier self. I often find it difficult to relate to the content that people put out there, but there is something about your raw, authentic story telling that resonates. I love the moments in the podcast where you question what you've written in the book, and debate where the thought sits with you now. I enjoy the feeling of learning along side you in each episode. Thank you for sharing Lisa."

Our writing journey began with a singular passion and focus on physical health. Yet, the intricate interdependent and inseparable nature of health and well-being lead down the path of deeper exploration, becoming our ambitious "Healthier" series. This collection shines a spotlight on the multi-dimensional facets of health:
Our writing voyage took its initial steps with a DIY approach: self-editing and self-publishing. While we cherish our ethos of managing most endeavors between just the two of us, our mission with the "Healthier" series demanded a higher caliber. We realized the imperative of welcoming expert hands into our fold. Hence, the first three titles, initially launched through Amazon KDP, have been retracted from sale. We're now collaborating with a professional editor and a seasoned marketer to elevate the series to new heights.
The first professionally edited installment is slated for a late 2023 debut. But keep your eyes peeled; once we hit the ground, we'll be unstoppable! Following the relaunch, we aim to seamlessly roll out the comprehensive 13-book "Healthier" series over the ensuing years. Each volume will be accompanied by a dedicated online course, cumulatively paving the way to our ultimate vision: the "Healthier University"; an entirely self-guided online learning experience to guide and empower all of us to create a better tomorrow, across all areas of health and well-being.
Embark with us on this evolved, transformative exploration of holistic health.
At Processing Mind, our core mission has always been about health and empowering individuals to become their best selves. Through our podcasts, books, and online courses, we've been fortunate to touch countless lives and guide many on their journey to self-improvement.
However, as with any mission-driven venture, there are always challenges to overcome. One of our biggest challenges was finding a sustainable way to fund our free resources, like our podcast, to continue making a positive impact. This led us down an unexpected path: the world of marketing and sales.
Initially, the idea of marketing felt foreign and uncomfortable. We questioned, "How could we stay true to our mission while promoting our products?" But we soon realized a profound truth: There's no point in having a transformative product if no one knows about it. To continue helping people for free, we needed an income.
Our journey into the world of marketing introduced us to the power of copywriting and advertising. We learned that the key to resonating with our audience wasn't just about crafting the perfect message, but continuously testing and tweaking it.
This iterative process was essential, but also time-consuming.That's when we had our "aha" moment. We developed an automated tool to streamline the A/B testing of our funnel copy. As we used it, we recognized its immense value not just for us, but for anyone looking to optimize their messaging.
And so, CopyTweaker was born.
CopyTweaker is our way of sharing this powerful tool with the world. We're offering a basic free version that includes a simple funnel with minimal A/B copy testing. For those looking for more advanced features, we have premium options available.
We're thrilled to announce that CopyTweaker will be launching in October 2023. It's not just a product; it's a testament to our journey, our learnings, and our unwavering commitment to our mission.
Join us on this exciting new chapter and discover the power of optimized copy with CopyTweaker.
While our love for music has always thrived as a cherished side hobby, its unexpected fusion with our podcast venture led to something beautiful and distinctive. This blending gave birth to our unique series of 'Journal and Relax' chill-hop music.
